Role Overview
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join Vizzle and work on our AI-powered virtual try-on technology for fashion e-commerce. You will be responsible for researching, testing, optimizing, and integrating AI models that can generate realistic virtual try-on results.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify the latest Virtual Try-On (VTO), image generation, and computer vision models.
- Test and compare different open-source and API-based VTO models for quality, speed, and cost.
- Optimize existing models/pipelines to improve realism, garment fitting, body alignment, face preservation, and image quality.
- Experiment with techniques such as image preprocessing, segmentation, pose estimation, masking, and model fine-tuning.
- Integrate the selected AI models into Vizzle's backend/product.
- Explore ways to reduce inference/API costs and latency while maintaining high-quality results.
- Stay updated with the latest research papers, Hugging Face models, GitHub projects, and GenAI developments in virtual try-on.
- Collaborate with the product and development team to build a scalable VTO solution for fashion brands.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Python and Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
- Experience with Computer Vision and Generative AI.
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of image generation, diffusion models, segmentation, pose estimation, or image-to-image models.
- Ability to research and experiment with new AI models independently.
- Familiarity with Hugging Face, Replicate, GitHub AI projects, or similar platforms is a plus.
