Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical design, analysis, and simulation, along with an interest in automation and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will leverage engineering expertise, Python programming, and AI/ML concepts to develop innovative solutions that improve engineering workflows, productivity, and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Apply mechanical engineering principles to design, analysis, simulations, and engineering workflows.
- Develop and maintain Python-based scripts, tools, and automation solutions to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Build and implement AI/ML and LLM-based solutions for engineering applications and use cases.
- Analyze engineering data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to support business and technical decisions.
- Optimize and streamline engineering processes through automation and intelligent solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative technical solutions.
- Support GUI and application development using TCL/TK, where applicable.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, engineering analysis, and simulation techniques.
- Proficiency in Python programming for scripting, automation, and tool development.
- Understanding of engineering workflows and process optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of TCL/TK for GUI and tool development will be an added advantage.
